The Adventures of “Flat Jesus”

“Flat Jesus” was inspired by the story of Flat Stanley, a book by Jeff Brown. In the book, a boy named Stanley becomes flattened and can be mailed to different places, having all sorts of fun adventures!

“Flat Jesus” is a way to keep our St. Luke’s community connected this summer, even when we’re not all together during this busy travel season. Color “Flat Jesus” and take him with you on your adventures this summer. Going to the beach, going to the store, the Wisconsin State Fair, spending time with family, you name it. The adventures are endless! Let’s see how many places “Flat Jesus” can travel this summer!

Take a photo of “Flat Jesus” joining you in your activities. It’ll be another way to remember Jesus is always with us, wherever we go. Plus, it might start up conversations with someone about your adventures!

How to create your very own “Flat Jesus”

  1. Take a printed “Flat Jesus” from the welcome center or print out the template below.
