November 1 – Challenge Grant Received! We are proud to announce that our stewardship campaign, Sustaining Ministry Excellence, has received a challenge grant. As we prepare our statements of intent for our 2021 offerings, a generous couple in our congregation has stepped forward and challenged us all to respond. When 50% of our active giving units has returned its statements of intent, the challenge grant will be released, providing an additional $5,000 toward the goals of our stewardship campaign.

In the next couple days, you’ll receive a letter containing a statement of intent and a brochure outlining the goals of our stewardship appeal. The letter will reflect what you’ve been giving and encourage you to consider growing in your offering. Remember, when we work together to grow our weekly offering by $1,250 we’ll be able to do these three things:
1) Sustain the excellent ministry already underway at St. Luke’s;
2) Support online worship services through the hiring of a media specialist; and
3) Build a contemporary worship service
